The forklift wheel cleaner is constructed of stainless steel 304. Four horizontally mounted rotating brushes covered with a massive stainless steel grate guarantees a thoroughly cleaning of the forklift wheels.

To avoid the wheels of getting stuck in the grate, the stainless steel grate is positioned at a 45 degrees angle onto the walk-through direction.  Two separate railings guarantee a forced walk through. The brush rotation is activated by sensors placed at the railing at input and output side. During the rotation the brushes are sprayed with a water-cleaning mixture.
